JELLYFISH UAP: MORPHOLOGICAL RECONSTRUCTION
This piece began with a single blurry frame from the now-famous “Jellyfish UAP” footage released by UAP researcher and filmmaker Jeremy Corbell. Like many anomaly images that enter popular culture, the original frame raises many questions. What exactly was captured in the footage? The source material is low-resolution, and this artwork explores what its visible forms and structures might look like if the image could be examined in greater detail.
Approaching the frame as both an artist, I treated the image as a forensic puzzle. The silhouette, contrast patterns, and hanging features visible in the footage became the foundation for a speculative reconstruction. Every tower, appendage, protrusion, and architectural detail seen here is an artistic interpretation derived from the limited visual information available in the original frame.
My intention was to create a visual tool for observation. By expanding a single frame into a detailed technical illustration, the viewer is encouraged to study shape, structure, proportion, and possibility. The project reflects my long-standing fascination with science, mystery, symbolism, and humanity’s tendency to search for meaning within the unknown.
Inspired by one of the most discussed UAP images of recent years, this work explores the space between evidence and imagination. If higher forms of intelligence exist elsewhere in the universe, this image serves as an artistic examination of what an encounter with the unknown might look like through the limited lens of available evidence.
Each piece is a high-quality print, produced on archival, acid-free paper to ensure exceptional color fidelity. Each print closely captures the subtle tones and details of the original artwork using archival inks. Every print is carefully rolled and shipped in a rigid kraft tube, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition, ready to frame and display.
